"Wanted to take a quick second to shout out the amazing team here!!!
After 24 years with my former insurer, I suddenly had inexplicable raises in rates and notated a complete 180 in customer care. Phone calls/emails to answer questions, were never answered or took series of hours to days long marry-go-rounds, just to get in touch with agents who often couldn’t/wouldn’t solve anything.
Admittedly, I was a bit concerned about seeking a new insurance agency, as general consensus nowadays is that “that” is pretty much the shared experience with any firm.

I can’t tell you just how grateful I am to have met Goldie and the rockstar team at State Farm. After about just 5 minutes of venting and explaining just what I was being subjected to with A(aa) former insurer who won’t be named; Goldie was able to pull up my records and thoroughly break down exactly what had taken place in easy to follow terms…. Something I still hadn’t gotten to the bottom of with my (at the time) current insurer!! Clearly some people still understand the importance of customer care and showing up for your client.

Even though SF was able to beat my current rate by at least $100s, I did still want to weigh other options and give my insurer time to do right; worth mentioning that at this time, the State Farm group was perfectly understanding, pleasant, and not pushy regarding this in the least. But as I held out for that day, that ultimately never came, I considered how I had met my representative in the first place; through her part time gig at the local Farmer’s market, where she always went above and beyond as well.

Considering the evidence in front of me, how it seems like agents here actually show up for their local communities on a daily basis; I’m now appalled at myself for not making this switch sooner.🤦‍♂️

All the same, happy to once again feel like there’s a team in my corner looking out for me. Thank you again to Goldie, Janice, and the whole State Farm team."
